Auditions Open – Stage Choir & Backing Vocalists

Are you ready to take to the stage at Wembley and be part of something extraordinary?

We are now officially opening auditions for our Stage Choir and Backing Vocalists for VIAM 2027 – and we cannot wait to hear your voices.

This is your opportunity to perform as part of one of the UK’s most powerful youth concert experiences.

Just be available to rehearse 1 Sunday a month in Surrey from September 2026 through to March 2027

HOW TO APPLY

To apply, please complete the below form and submit your details. If you dont include a video link, then send your video file to team@voiceinamillion.com:

A video of yourself singing
With a backing track that has NO guide vocals
Clear sound and good lighting so we can see and hear you properly

Please make sure your voice is clearly audible over the backing track.

No ACAPELLA please

BACKING VOCALIST CRITERIA

To apply for a Backing Vocalist position:

• Girls must be 15+ years old

• Boys must have broken voices

Backing Vocalists perform a key musical role and must demonstrate strong pitching, harmonising ability and stage confidence.

STAGE CHOIR CRITERIA

Stage Choir places are open to committed, enthusiastic performers who are ready to rehearse hard, learn choreography and deliver an unforgettable show.

Energy, commitment and reliability are just as important as talent.

In-person auditions will take place at:

Chertsey High School
Chertsey Road
Addlestone
Surrey
KT15 2EP

In-person auditions are by invitation only and will be selected from submitted video auditions.
