At Newcastle City Hall on the 25th November, representatives of the charity Our New Family will be there to shake their buckets and collect donations to help fund their inspirational project. In 2007, Mark Townson from Newcastle upon Tyne, a British charity fundraiser, achieved a lifelong ambition by setting up a charity and building a children’s home – in a tiny village called ‘Orphans’ in Poland.
