Lighting trusses are in the grid, seats going back in, screens going up, crew begin assembly of the stage choir gallery…sound assembling the PA array, ready to lift.
By 9am, the stage is starting to come together, trusses are in, lights and PA being assembled, ready to begin lifting into the grid.
Our trucks start to arrive at the arena to begin the load in at 6am on Wednesday 8th March

In case anyone thought putting on VIAM was easy…6,000 T shirts were packed today. Each checked individually for the correct size and school…Robert tried to help..but but after having to unpack a few hundred because he had put the wrong sizes in, the others felt it wasn’t worth the risk his continuing.. so he was relegated to opening the boxes and making the tea.

Day 6 and the final day of this years VIAM School Tour. First off was Woodcroft Primary in Edgeware. The last school we visited was St Saviour’s Roman catholic Primary School in Lewsiham.
VIAM youngsters ‘V6’ will be appearing at Wembley next month. V6 are from Left to Right, Kai Patel, Hermoine Banyon, Honor Logan, Emanuella Nigrelli, Nicola Denny and Manisha Kumar- Reddy.
Day 4 of the tour, we are in Milton Keynes. First stop is Fullbrook Middle School in Woburn Sands. Later we visited Lord Grey School in Bletchley.
Up to Oxfordshire for day 5 of the tour. Taking in Stockham Primary School in Wantage and Bayards Hill in Headington.
Day three of the tour; and we are in London and the home counties. Thames Ditton Junior School in Surrey, followed by Wood End Academy in Greenford. We then vistied St Augustine CE High School in Kilburn
Day two, 28th January, the tour took in Ethelbert Road Primary Scool in Faversham, Kent, followed by Larkrise Primary School in Great Baddow, Chelmsford.
